Slow Zazzle Upload

Image
So today Zazzle is uploading at a very slow speed. It's taking about 45 minutes to upload a 45 meg file. I feel like I'm stuck bumper to bumper in a traffic jam, I have 9 more images to upload and I'm just hoping to god it doesn't take all day just to upload my images. I have finished my designs while waiting and I can make products while I'm waiting for for the others to upload but it's just this first one I need to wait for, and it is taking FOREVER. I like it when things are fast and efficient, I like the feeling of accomplishment when I have finished my Quick Create session and am getting the next template ready to go and I was really hoping I could slam out 200 products today but we'll just have to wait and see. I have to look at the silver lining on this one though, I find that when something isn't running smoothly it seems to be the universes way of telling "This will be worth it, this one is going to be successful." Valentines Day Is Looming...

Like everyone else who owns a Zazzle store, there are a few things which I intensely dislike making, they are the products you make only for the money and not for the joy. When we first started dating we half assed it, we gave each other a card and some choccies with a note saying "I'll love you forever... yadda yadda yadda..." Since then we just haven't swapped any gifts, we just don't feel that special Valentines Day vibe! We are each others best friend, we tell each other we love one another every day, we hug every day, we peck on the cheek or lips every day, we sometimes have our disagreemen

Hello, My Name Is Ally, And I'm Addicted To Zazzle...

This year I have been working on what I hope will become a second income for me and my family. I design for a multi-million dollar company called Zazzle, and my job is designing images to place on clothing, products for the home, tablet and phone cases, goods and food for weddings and parties, and accessories to wear or carry. So what drew me to Zazzle? Well let me tell you a bit about my background. I didn't excel or even put any effort in at high school and I didn't go to university or enroll in a course. Instead I hung out with my friends and worked my short shifts at Red Rooster as a teen to young adult. I made sure I made just enough money to buy fuel and alcohol for the weekend, and maybe some hot chips the next day. A life plan wasn't on the cards for me at the time and I was just a leaf in the wind, rolling towards wherever life blew me. Then I fell pregnant and had my first son and my priorities changed, but I found myself with no valued skills in the work place,
